Abbey Ball, P.T., DPT

She has a passion for improving balance in the geriatric community to decrease fall-related injuries and improve quality of life. She has a strong interest in orthopaedic and neurological conditions and fall prevention.

Brian Ruby, P.T., DPT

Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2017 and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of New England in 2021. He is an energetic, compassionate therapist who strongly believes in the power of knowledge and education. A lifelong musician and teacher, Brian is committed to ensuring every patient understands why their bodies work the way they do, and what they can do to have power over their limitations. He focuses on orthopedic and progressive neurologic diseases, with special interest in injuries of the arm and shoulder.

Paxton Spiller, M.S., OTR/L

She has been an occupational therapist for more than 3 years working with clients 2-21 years old in pre-school and outpatient settings. Paxton and her clients work to meet goals regarding fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-regulation, sensory processing, social interactions, executive functioning and more! She has received further training in the handwriting without tears program, and actively pursues continuing education opportunities via involvement with the Maine occupational therapy association and more. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pet dog, as well as reading, boating and baking.

Sandra Nadeau, PTA

Sandy has been a Select Physical Therapy team member for 28 years and has experience in treating various orthopaedic conditions, sport injuries and neurologic disorders and conditions. Sandy specializes in restoring function to individuals of all ages after injury, trauma, surgery to joints or of the spine and balance disorders.

Jill Cramp, P.T.

Jill is recognized as a pelvic health specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association and comes with more than 15 years’ experience treating men, women and children with pelvic health related symptoms. Jill makes these sometimes embarrassing symptoms easy to discuss and fun to treat. Her desire is to help people resolve symptoms rather than simply living with symptoms or thinking they are normal. Leaking urine with a cough is not normal. Having pain during intercourse is not normal. Voiding every hour is not normal. Straining to have a bowel movement is not normal. Seek out Jill, a pelvic health specialist, if you are having these symptoms. Improvements to your quality of life can happen without medication or surgery.
