Our Team

Abbey Doherty, P.T., DPT

Abbey earned her bachelor's degree in health science and minor in rehabilitation studies in 2020, and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2022 from Springfield College. She has experience treating adults with neurological impairments as well as orthopedic impairments. She is certified in Level 1A dry needling. In her free time, she volunteers for Maine Adaptive, which promotes adaptive sports and recreation for people of all abilities. Additionally, she volunteers with Special Surfers, a nonprofit that provides surfing opportunities for people with special needs. She enjoys getting outdoors and being active.

Carol Foster, OT/L, MHA

Carol has more than 35 years of clinical experience. She enjoys working with patients who have orthopedic shoulder, elbow and hand injuries, occupational health repetitive strain injuries, neurological deficits including stroke, Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis, and catastrophic injuries including burns and spinal cord injuries. Her goal is to improve self-management strategies that optimize function, comfort and independence in doing all that patients want to do.

Morgan Menezes, Patient Service Specialist

Morgan is a patient service specialist with seven years of experience supporting patients and their families throughout their rehabilitation journey. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, efficient experience for people of all backgrounds and needs. Outside of the center, Morgan is a licensed life insurance agent who runs her own business helping individuals and families protect their futures. When not working, you can usually find her hanging out with her dog Charlie, spending time with family and being outdoors as much as possible. Morgan never stops moving - she is constantly on the go!

Jessica Sterling, P.T., DPT

Jessica is a physical therapist originally from New Jersey. She moved to Maine in 2018 to attend graduate school at University of New England. Jessica has worked in outpatient physical therapy since graduating in 2021. She has experience working in the neurological rehabilitation setting with special interests in vestibular and concussion treatment. In her spare time Jessica plays competitive roller derby.

Hand Therapy

Select Physical Therapy’s certified hand therapists (CHT) provide comprehensive and industry-leading treatment for hand, wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder injuries or conditions. OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and, when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. We support your success through pre-operative education, prehabilitation and post-operative care.

Pediatric Therapy

We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational and speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy helps children build social skills. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation is the first nationwide comprehensive oncology rehabilitation program of its kind. ReVital focuses on helping individuals with cancer, and those in recovery, live better lives.
