    Established in 2014, the Westbrook center is conveniently located in the center of Westbrook adjacent to Bridge Street. Completely renovated in 2015, our Westbrook team is ready to serve your physical rehabilitation needs with new innovative equipment and a highly-trained staff that is committed to your recovery. Our Westbrook team is also the preferred provider of rehabilitation services to athletes, students, and faculty of the University of Southern Maine.

    Christopher J. Neault, MSPT, OCS - Center Manager
    Christopher J. Neault
    Chris received a master's degree in physical therapy in 2003 and bachelor's degree in rehabilitation science from Northeastern University. He has evaluated and treated patients spanning from age five to 100, covering a broad spectrum of diagnoses. He has also had extensive experience with the treatment of professional, collegiate and high school athletes. He uses an array of treatment techniques and has a particular interest in the evaluation and rehabilitation of athletic injuries to the shoulder, spine and knee, as well as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. He has advanced training in post-concussion evaluation and treatment, dry needling, plyometric training post-ACL reconstruction, ergonomic assessment, rehabilitation of the injured runner and injury management of the baseball and hockey athlete.
    Michelle Frazier, DPT
    Michelle Frazier
    Michelle received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of New England and her bachelors degree in Medical Anthropology and Global Health from University of Washington. While in school she completed her clinical rotations at Select Medical in Seattle, Washington, Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, New Hampshire, and Concentra Urgent Care in Augusta, Maine. Michelle's professional interests include orthopedics with a special interest in spine and hip related rehabilitation. As well as a special interest in Women's health and Pelvic health. Michelle enjoys any and all outdoor activities and wants to help people get back to the activities they love doing.
