    Chad Flagg, MPT, Center Manager
    Chad Flagg
    Chad earned a bachelor's degree in health sciences in 2004 and master's degree in physical therapy in 2005 from the University of New England College of Health Professions. He is the center manager for the Kennebunk and Wells locations. In 2007 he completed a residency program through the Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy with special focus on spine care. He has treating expertise in Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) musculoskeletal screens for the golf enthusiast, sports rehabilitation, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling and orthopeadic physical therapy.
    Arthur Chase, P.T., OCS, FAAOMPT, Manager
    Arthur Chase
    Arthur earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1986 from the University of New England and is a certified orthopaedic clinical specialist in physical therapy. He graduated from an Orthopaedic Manual Therapy residency program in 2000 and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Arthur specializes in assessment and treatment of the shoulder, low back, neck and other spinal conditions. Other areas of specialty include assessment and treatment of running-related injuries. He has been practicing for 30 years and working in the Kennebunk center since 1994. He also holds an administrative role as a manager at Saco Bay.
    Nicole Langstaff, MSPT, CLT, ReVital Program Director
    Nicole Harriman
    Nikki received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2003 and master's degree in physical therapy in 2006 from Sacred Heart University. She has experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopaedics and neurological conditions. Nikki was adjunct faculty at Sacred Heart University for three years and is an American Physical Therapy Association member and certified clinical instructor. She is the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program Director of Maine, a certified ReVital cancer rehabilitation specialist, a certified lymphedema therapist and Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society member. She has been trained to provide personalized orthopaedic weight reduction education to assist those who have orthopaedic diagnosis and would benefit from weight loss. Nikki has had the pleasure of working at Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy since 2013.
    Elizabeth Blanchard, PTA, LMT
    Elizabeth Blanchard
    Elizabeth earned a bachelor's degree in the arts from Utica College and associate's degree in the physical therapist assistant program from North Shore Community College. Sheis also a licensed massage therapist. Elizabeth has worked for Saco Bay Physical Therapy since 2009.
    Tim Lira, DPT
    Tim Lira
    Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2012 from Saint Joseph’s College and doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 from the University of New England. He completed clinical rotations at Eastern Maine Medical Center, Select Physical Therapy of Auburn and Mercy Physical Therapy Center. Tim also completed a UNE mission trip with fellow physical therapy students and faculty where he provided services to the Ghanaian population of Western Africa. His professional interests include orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation and manual therapy. Tim is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopaedic Section.
