Bob earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1997 from The University at Buffalo and later, bachelor's and master's degrees in business. He joined Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy in 1997 and opened the York center in 2000. In 2002, he was appointed to managing partner, a position he held for 10 years. In 2012, Bob, along with Larry Risigo, negotiated Saco Bay's joint venture with Select Medical. He and his wife Coleen and two children, Olivia and Tommy, reside in York, where he is an active member of the clinical and Saco Bay management team.

Emily has been a member of Saco Bay Physical Therapy since 2020, with 12 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting, and for the past 7 years has worked primarily in pelvic health. Emily specializes in treating patients with bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction, as well as the pregnant and post-partum population. Emily received her master's in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University. She has trained primarily with the Herman and Wallace Institute for much of her pelvic training. She is also trained in dry needling and is a registered yoga teacher. She and her husband reside in NH and have one daughter. They enjoy camping, canoeing and spending time in the outdoors.

Jim has been a member of Select Medical since 2019, joining Saco Bay in 2022. He has 6 years of clinical experience solely in the outpatient orthopedic setting. John specializes in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions with special attention to shoulder injuries. Jim completed his undergraduate education at St. Joseph's College of Maine where he was also captain of the baseball team. His doctorate of physical therapy is from Franklin Pierce University. He is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction therapy. He lives and works in his hometown of York, ME and enjoys being in the outdoors including hiking, paddle-boarding, pickle ball and camping as well as spending time with his friends.

Amy has been a member of the Saco Bay team since May of 2021. Before she came onboard, she worked as a substance abuse counselor, managed a homeless program for women and children, administrative assistant and did catering for a popular bread company. Amy was born and raised in Kansas and isn't very fond of the winters in Maine. She and her partner have two adult children and she has two beautiful grandkids. She enjoys playing with her dogs, gardening and hanging out with family and friends by her pool in the summer.
