Our Team

Natalie Johnson , P.T., DPT

Natalie received her undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of New Hampshire and doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of New England. She has experience working with patients of various ages and orthopedic injuries, and specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. She is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction. She is passionate about using exercises and manual therapy techniques to help people get back to doing what they love. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, hiking and sunsets.

Paige Cavanaugh, Center Support Specialist

Paige has been with Saco Bay since 2019 where she started as a Patient Service Specialist(PSS) and was quickly promoted to a Lead Patient Service Specialist shortly after. She was recently promoted to a Center Support Specialist where she supports thirteen of our surrounding clinics PSS's, trains new employees, and ensures all things front office is running smoothly. Paige is very involved with Saco Bay as she is a part of the employee engagement team, handles website updates and participates in raising money for the Dempsey Challenge with our ReVital team each year. She is currently attending SNHU for a bachelor's degree in health information management. When not working or doing schoolwork, Paige enjoys reading, crafting and hanging out with her family!
