Our Team

Rainie Wiemer, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Rainie earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 2008 from McGill University. She moved back to her home state of Maine and began her career in Bridgton, Maine. Rainie later earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2018 from University of New England. Rainie enjoys treating a variety of areas including orthopaedics, pediatrics and pelvic floor. She treats in the clinical outpatient setting and provides physical therapy services for the special services department in the local school district, MSAD 61 Lakes Region. Rainie enjoys all the lakes region has to offer including hiking, boating and skiing. She has been an active alpine ski volunteer with Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation for 10 years. She also works with the Shawnee Adaptive Program and volunteers with the Pleasant Mountain Ski Club. Rainie lives in Naples with her favorite hiking buddy, a chocolate lab named Hunter.

Richard Friscia, P.T.

Rich earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 1983 from Columbia University in 1983 and master's degree in sports medicine/athletic training in 1978 from the University of Virginia. Rich is board-certified in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and enjoys challenging orthopedic cases. Rich practices that which he preaches by way of variable daily exercise inclusive of stretching, jogging, fast pace walking, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing. He has been married to his wife Barb for more than 30 years and they have two adult children and a Bernese mountain dog.

Erin is our wonderful patient service specialist. She is here to help our patients with needs of scheduling, insurance and so much more. She is looking forward to being the first face you meet in getting back to a healthy and active life.
