Meet the Windham Staff

Scott R. Lavallee

Scott graduated from the University of New England Physical Therapy program in 1995.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1998.

He has been with Saco Bay Physical Therapy for ten years and has been the director of the Windham office for four years.  Scott is also the director of the Tee-to-Green Golf Fitness Program.

Neil K. Carrol

Neil graduated from the University of New England in May of 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. Prior to attending UNE he studied Athletic Training and Physical Education at Endicott College.   Neil worked with Saco Bay PT for over 5 years at their Spine Center before leaving to deliver Health & Wellness Services to Milton-CAT (Maine and New Hampshire) through Wellness Coaches USA, the nation’s largest wellness organization.

Neil is currently the Head Athletic Trainer at Saint Joseph's College of Maine where he works with nearly 400 athletes per year.  Neil also works to assist with patient care within the Windham office.

Neil is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and licensed to Practice in the State of Maine (LAT).  He is also an active member in the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), the Maine Athletic Trainers Association (MATA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Along with this Neil has recently been certified as a Certified Golf Fitness Trainer through Kelley Blackburn (PGA, LPGA and Nationwide Tour Fitness Professional) and has also completed his certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Training Institute, working with cancer patients and survivors understanding the entire cancer process from diagnosis and treatment through reconstruction. Neil has also completed course work in Diabetes and Exercise which brings a variety of training options for clients with diabetes.

Neil currently resides in Gray with his wife Amanda and his two daughter Emily and Molly.

Rob Phipps

Rob has been working in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy settings for the last 3 years as a clinical aide. He is a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist and is currently working toward completing a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  Rob received his bachelor of science in Biology from Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska in 1997. Rob is also licensed as an EMT-B.
