APEX
Athletes from the state of Maine are competing
at the collegiate and national level in many sports. Maine
athletes have proven that they can compete with
the best this country has to offer. The reason
that these athletes have had success is not alone
due to talent. They have trained harder and
better than their competitors. Cardiovascular
conditioning and traditional weight training are
no longer enough to compete at the elite level. It
is this opportunity that Athlete Performance Enhancement
is offering you. Our performance enhancement
team has worked with some of the top athletes in
the state as well as nationwide. State licensed
and nationally certified professionals will guide
you through a workout program that will maximize
your abilities and improve your performance.
Summer SAQ Training: (speed,
agility, quickness)
Summer
team sessions can be scheduled at any time and designed
to fit the demands of your sport. Flexible summer
training times allow you and your teammates to benefit
from a world class conditioning program. All
athletes can be tested in speed, agility, quickness,
core, and power maneuvers. Training
will consist of high intensity athletic specific
exercise to maximize your performance and make you
a better
athlete.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:
Individual
sessions will include movement assessment to determine
your individual
strengths
and weaknesses. Training
will be specific to your needs and goals. Athletes
will meet weekly for functional speed, agility, quickness,
and power training. Your athletic ability will
be enhanced through the use of a state-of-the-art
facility, the best equipment available, and an expert
staff.
PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING:
Pre-season conditioning sessions can be set up at any
time throughout the year to help you get ready for
the demanding season ahead.
